Our Team

David A. Hutchison, EA

David has over 31 years in the public accounting industry. He has extensive experience in a variety of industries assisting clients with complex business and tax planning strategies, setup, implementation, succession transitions, and compliance services for the benefit of client business success, wealth preservation, and tax savings. He has a wealth of knowledge relating to estate, gift, and trust planning, maintenance, and compliance tax services. David has represented many clients before taxing authorities with a high level of professionalism and success.

Michael E. Ford, CPA

Michael has over 22 years in the public accounting industry. He has spent his career gaining a broad range of knowledge with individuals and small to medium sized businesses. He has experience working with individual and business clients involved in a wide variety of industries that includes complex tax and business planning strategies.

Brittany Schmidt

Brittany has over 3 years in the public accounting industry. A graduate of Boise State University with double major in accountancy and finance, she has spent her career gaining experience in income taxation for individuals and business entities. Brittany is native of Boise and enjoys spending her weekends with her family and enjoying the great outdoors.

Taylor Rewald

Taylor has over 2 years in the public accounting industry. After graduating from California State Polytechnic University with a major in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, he continues to gain experience working on individual, business entities and trust returns. He enjoys spending weekends with his family and relishing the culture of Idaho.

Liz Lantz

Liz has over 18 years of experience in administrative support and office management with over 12 years in the public accounting industry. In addition to office management and general support, she has continued to expand her knowledge with payroll and bookkeeping. She is dedicated to providing great customer service and being a part of the growth and success of our company.

Nichole Hutchison

Nichole joined our company in 2016 as an administrative assistant. She has worked in customer service including restaurants and retail stores to hair salons and accounting firms. Shortly after joining our company, she began training in payroll and bookkeeping and continues to expand her knowledge in accounting. In addition to providing administrative support to our staff, she is looking forward to working on more complex accounting jobs and tax return preparation.

Greg Germano

Greg joined our company in the beginning of 2020. He brings with him several years of office administration experience in a variety of different industries. He plans to grow his knowledge in accounting and finance. Greg is a graduate of Oregon State University and Boise State University with degrees in communications, writing, and public relations. He enjoys playing soccer and basketball as well as skiing the slopes of Bogus.
